Tara brings a unique blend of creativity, business expertise, and leadership to her role as Spa Director at Rose MedSpa, where she has been part of the team since July 2024. Her career began in the beauty industry after graduating from beauty school, working as a hairstylist for 10 years. In 2012, she earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and went on to manage bookkeeping for six years before shifting into IT recruiting for four years. This diverse background gives her a well-rounded perspective in both client care and business operations. Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. She loves working out, traveling, and the occasional girls’ trip. Much of her free time is spent cheering on her kids in their activities—her daughter in dance and tumbling, and her son in hockey, lacrosse, and golf.
